Normally, a credit line is pretty easy to set up over the phone. We also take MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Credit Cards which is many times faster and easier for everybody involved. We do not currently accept American Express due to the expense involved. Without a credit card, and until we have set up your new account all orders must be sent out UPS C.O.D. Just call and ask for "Iris".
TERMS
Our normal "open account" terms are net 30 with discounts offered for early payments on open accounts. No discounts are allowed on credit cards.
SHIPPING
We prefer to ship UPS for normal orders, and by truck if the order is two hundred pounds or more. The option is yours and all color is sold F.O.B. Colorado Springs, Colorado. (This simply means that you pay the shipping.) UPS picks up at our door every work day and they offer a wide range of delivery options including next day Saturday delivery. This type of special service can get a lot more expensive than the color itself on small orders, and we encourage our customers to plan ahead and not wait until the last minute to order. We have consistently shipped over 98 % of orders the same day we receive them. We have no control over the shipper however, and if you require the color in your plant by a certain date be sure to mention that when you place the order.
As a rule, custom formulated colors normally ship the following day.
